FlossyPD Inc ~ A Women's Collective, A Healing Haven Home ~ est 2025 through Lived Experiences. 

We are here to support the GenX & BB Ballarat women whom need the support of reinvention of themselves. The women who wish to say no to how they are living, and establish a self-sustaining life that they know is within them, that they know is their path to peace and inner security.  

‘Flossy’ is simply an old-fashioned Aussie female name, to 'floss' oneself is to cleanse. 

‘PD’ stands for Personal Development. 

Your life as it stands has been a collection of decisions and choices that lead you to where you are today. What you choose in every moment of your day is vital to your journey. There is no past to lament over, there is no future without being completely present in the now. We take that creator spirit from within and we embed that into your subconscious, so that you are living in the vision is here now. The only difference of your visions being in your reality or not, is simply the energetic vibration of who you are being in each moment. 

We are in extremely fortunate times of the truth of this world coming to the surface. We are being barraged with fear in the world and within this awakening comes the reality of not only what we have all suffered over the last five years; also the fact that we have lived in a system of conditioning us to play small since we were born. IT IS A LOT. Do not dismiss your feeling ever, they are valid. If you’re wanting to turn that fire within into the life you see for yourself, those visions, creative sparks being realised, then you’ve come to the right healing home. 

We are here to UNLEARN and question everything you knew to be true. Review values, beliefs ~ it can be one comment from an authority within your schooling, university or workforce, that halted the vision, the dreams, the ideas you wanted to achieve. This is where the creative essence that is within you was squashed out, repressed down and it is been surging within you to unleash for decades.

 

You know it’s within you, you know you can create this, you know the time is now. Your creative spirit within, the knowing you have always felt but been detached from, is your absolute super power. Reconnection to that power is the pathway. 

 

We are here to heal both our lived trauma of our own experiences and our ancestral trauma - what your parents and grandparents experienced and never healed - your role here is to take responsibility and BE the ancestral cycle breaker. You undertake this as this will clear the emotionally trapped debris, it creates space for your creativity to expand and come through you. 

 

When you commence to heal yourself, the effects can and will be felt by all those around you. Family, friends, colleagues, everyone will notice. Everything shifts for the better as vibrationally you are aligning with your true inner being. You will wake with purpose and direction and look forward to your day, as your commitment to your journey, the clarity and confidence of your expression unfolds. 

At FlossyPD we would never judge you for your addictions as these are simply trapped, unhealed trauma. Addictions are NOT a mental illness. This is another construct that has been weaved into vernacular, slowly since 2008 and intentionally to both label you and make you feel that you won’t be able to heal; that's disempowering and it is simply not true. 

Addictions are a conscious choice, which you are fully capable of correcting. It's the real, unhealed trauma underneath the addictions, (all of them, alcohol, drugs, over eating, habitual shopping, social media scrolling, mindless app games) the root cause that once that trauma or unconscious remembered experience is unearthed and released the need to bandaid with anything disappears. You are in control. Ownership of healing your body, resides with only you. 

Giving your power away to an addiction is, is as conducive as giving your power to anything else outside of you. Never believe you cannot heal. You were born perfect, you were born to create, it’s simply you will benefit most from remembering who you are, and the inner power you have within. Commit to taking control of your being back.

Maybe your path has not had addictions, perhaps you have had life hits of grief that would benefit in healing; 

~ the death of children, partners and friends; 

~ unresolved simmering feelings of being disgruntled from divorce; 

~ financial wipeouts that you're fully capable of regaining stability again; 

~ children, siblings, parents that have ceased seeing or communicating with you; 

~ or perhaps you’re in the cyclic pattern of constantly attracting narcissist partners. 

Maybe you've had family estate battles; 

Maybe a loss of relatives and friends from simply holding differences of opinion which has created relationship fall outs, creating isolation, the loss of family support. 

Everything is valid, your feelings are valid, you are allowed to express your voice. 

We see you, we are here to listen to you, we are here to guide you, we heal as a collective, and you and your experiences matter. 

 

FlossyPD is here for women whom are ready to be curious about the possibilities of a greater life than what is their current reality. For those that may not understand the ‘how’ but want to be open to learning. To be curious. To be devoted by being committed. To anchor in through stillness, the energy that your vision is wanting you to create. For women who are prepared to commit to the inner work so that you can step into who you truly came here to be. 

You are the creator of your life, your thoughts, feelings and actions create your reality. You have to take responsibility that you have created every single circumstance you find yourself in. If you would like a new reality, the time is now. You choose to be the version of yourself in your visions now, before there is any evidence in your reality - this is true manifestation, aligning to the vibrational energy of YOU ARE IT NOW. Master and practise anchoring and being in your true inner vision power, every moment of the day. 

And no, it is NEVER too late to reinvent yourself, to start and commit to something new, to climb out of the darkest of holes, to heal the deepest of wounds, to rewire how you speak to yourself, to start your own business, to completely reinvent yourself, your relationships, your sense of BEing to one of peace, joy and love.

 

GenX and BB’s are born for recreation. We are just getting started. 

 

You have this one and only life. You have seen how others leave this earth never creating the life they wanted, do not let this be you, do not accept anything less than what you truly want to be and create. Your wisdom, your experiences, your creative powers deserve the output into this world, you have no idea where these will lead you. 

 

The power has always been and always will be within you, the beautiful soul that you are.
